Shipping Policy
All in stock orders will be processed and be shipped within 1 week. All orders will be shipped by UPS Ground or USPS whenever possible. Shipping is calculated by weight and size. Currently shipping only to the US and Canada. Greater International Shipping is currently not supported. If you do want something sent abroad, please reach out via email and we can get a custom quote.
*Canada: Your shipping cost is approximated, you may be contacted to pay the difference if you are getting a large number or a large sized piece. Your items will ship a little later than domestic.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted on a case by case basis. The buyer will have to cover the cost of shipping and be responsible for safely packing the products being returned. All pieces must be received in the condition they were purchased.
Disclaimer
All products are handmade. This results in natural variations in color, finish, and size. All listed dimensions are approximations.
All pieces are food safe and water tight, unless otherwise stated. It is recommended to hand wash your pieces with glass cleaner or dish detergent. Sandblasted surfaces should be washed with pure water.
